We have been working in organizational development since 2007. We are perceiving the organization as an organic whole, so in some cases we develop systems and processes, in other cases we develop people, and of course sometimes both.

In change management, we not only focus on getting the organisation moving in the right direction, but also on getting there as easily as possible, i.e., we also focus on creating commitment to change and processing the experiences that go with it.
