Our way of working

Team coaching: needs and solutions that enhance trust and cooperation are expressed through reflection, with the wisdom of the team

Workshop: building on the team’s knowledge, new goals, norms and actions are formulated and reinforced

Skills development: the range of skills existing in the team is expanded by raising awareness and practising specific both skills and attitudes

Team building: norms, empathy and trust are developed based on the playfulness of the team
