Our concept of individual self-actualisation is based on the belief that every person is ready for congruent behaviour if one is in the right environment and have the necessary self-confidence. That means:

one can articulate what one wishes, wants or has indeed in need

one’s thoughts and emotions are in sync and in harmony

the person knows that it is not a weakness not to know but it is not to learn - the difficulties encountered are all learning situations for the one

one has self-confidence and has trust in the surrounding, so if difficulty arises, one is positive that it will be solved by oneself or with help

Our way of working

Coaching – “teaches you to fish”: on a given topic, the coach enables the client to find one’s own answers

Counselling – “gives fish”: on a given topic, the coach shares one’s own experience to inspire the client to find the answers
